The three guarantees
Love Your Design Before You Commit
Qualified businesses receive one personalized homepage concept before signing the 12 month agreement. If the direction isn’t right, walk away with no charge or obligation. Full development begins after approval and signing.
Launch on Time or Receive a Credit
After receiving required materials, access, and approvals, we agree on a written launch date. If Proven ROI misses that date for reasons within our control, we credit your first monthly service fee.
Monthly Work Delivered or Credited
If we miss an agreed monthly deliverable for reasons within our control, we complete it within 15 days of notice or credit its assigned service value.
Qualification
The personalized homepage concept is available to qualified businesses. After you request a website plan, we review your current website, goals, and fit for the package, then tell you whether you qualify before any concept work begins.

Client input includes accurate business information, brand materials, access credentials, and timely approvals. The written launch date is set only after we receive required materials, access, and approvals.

Deadlines
Launch: we agree on a written launch date once required materials, access, and approvals are in place.
Monthly deliverables: if we miss an agreed monthly deliverable for reasons within our control, we complete it within 15 days of notice or credit its assigned service value.

Credit calculation
Missed launch date for reasons within our control: we credit your first monthly service fee.
Missed monthly deliverable not completed within 15 days of notice: we credit that deliverable’s assigned service value. Assigned service values are listed in the agreement.
Credits apply to service fees. These guarantees are not cash refunds and do not make the 12 month engagement risk free.

How to submit a request
Send written notice to your Proven ROI project lead describing the missed date or deliverable. The 15 day completion window for monthly deliverables begins with that notice.
